Paper Proposal

The research provides a solution related to a lack of resources availability in the healthcare organization. The issue of resource unavailability has contributed greatly to the increased suffering of individuals due to poor service delivery. Based on this, the overall exploration intends to provide a solution in consideration of the strategies and approaches which regards to be implemented to ensure the availability of resources in healthcare. Decision making in this case will be essential in the determination of strategic plan which needs to be incorporated for effective resource availability. Some of the resources which have been evident to be on scarce comprise of the injections, medicines, equipment along with building structures. Therefore, the solution in this case, will aim at ensuring equal resources distribution in healthcare organization.

Implementation Plan

To obtain the required information necessary to provide evidence to organizational leadership, there are various methods that regard to be utilized. These methods will help in the provision of approval to the organization leader along with other staff leaders in evidence relating to resource inavailability in healthcare. These methods comprise of the following; questionnaires will be prepared and distributed in the healthcare organization which is believed to be faced by lack of resource availability (Schilder, 2020). This shall be considered to involve both the healthcare providers and the patients in providing information on how resource scarcity has been contributing to poor service being provided. In addition to this, the use of questionnaire will be important in having different healthcare stakeholders in the healthcare organization in the determination of effective steps which regards to be established for a better supply of the resources hence ensuring effective service delivery in the future healthcare organization. the methods of interviews will also be considered as being critical among the top management and nurses in the determination of ways through which the healthcare have been faced by a problem related to resource supply. The use of interviews will only help in the presentation of staff leaders with concrete evidence relating to the great risk associated with scarcity and measure which should be undertaken to curb the menace. This information will be critical in presenting support to issues and problems relating to the healthcare resource unavailability.

Currently, there has been a great problem in the healthcare organization relating to a lack of resource availability. This has been attributed to the motive that, there has been an increase in the number of the people in the nation hence causing a problem in terms of ensuring that there effective service delivery among the clients. Due to economic decline, there has been a great scarcity with triggers great attention among the healthcare providers along with government agencies. The government has proposed the process of delivering resources to the healthcare organization especially in the large organization which has contributed greatly in terms of improvement in service being delivered. However, despite this, there has been a great problem in the lack of resources in the local healthcare organization. This is attributed to the motive that the government is only concerned with the supply of resources in the recognized organization hence not considering local healthcare facilities. Therefore, based on this a strategic plan should be implemented in the essence of ensuring that there has been an effective supply of resources in the healthcare organization both in international and local facilities. Concentration only in international healthcare facilities has been contributing to a great issue since people for urban areas are being faced by poor treatment measure due to lack of various equipment like injections and medicines.

In the prevention of the problem relating to the distribution of resources in the healthcare organization, the policy of equal distribution of the resources will be considered as being effective. This is to ensure that the resources are provided in every sector dealing with healthcare provision. This is to fight the past method applied by the government which has been employing unequal distribution of the resources hence leaving the main service being poorly provided to the people. The policy will be critical in ensuring that there has been the provision of quality resources that are aimed at improving the healthcare service both at a local and international point. Generally, the issue of lack of resources in healthcare facilities has greatly been incurred at local levels especially in rural areas. This is because the government agencies involved in the distribution of resources have not been considering distribution in local sectors. Therefore the implementation of equal distribution of resources will be considered in pressing government not only considering international but also local perspective in healthcare service delivery.

The reason why I chose to implement this policy on the distribution of resources is that there has been a tendency of ensuring the effective distribution of resources in large organizations while not putting into consideration other healthcare sectors. This has led to a great problem in local areas. Therefore in consideration of this issue, the proposed solution will ensure that the government has considered every healthcare sector whether international or local (Råberus, Holmström, Galvin, & SUNDLER, 2019). This will also be important in having an effective distribution of funds to healthcare sectors located in rural areas. The local healthcare organizations, there has been a great problem in funds availability which have contributed to a lack of resources. Therefore upon implementation of this policy, there will be effective funds available that can cater to resources required.

The research has provided evidence that there is an increased lack of resources in healthcare organizations. Some of the resources which have been researched to be on a slight decline include injections, medicines, beddings, food, proper clothing as well as hygiene facilities. Therefore the reason to implement a change is to enhance the supply of these resources hence leading to service improvement.

In the implementation of this change, the government agencies have a great role to play. They should be involved in the provision of education on ways and strategies which can be incorporated in healthcare sectors to enhance resource availability. Therefore in the essence of triggering the government to ensure resource availability, the healthcare providers should initiate the implementation process through claiming for the resources in cases of scarcity. Mostly the education relating to the supply of the resources should be initiated in healthcare social media platforms which can be accessed by any individual concerned with service delivery.

In the essence of ensuring that the implementation plan on proposed change has been effective, there are various requirements that need to be ensured. This comprises of educational materials like the use of posters, PowerPoint presentation, and handouts which will be used in the presentation of information concerning actions which regard to be implemented for considerate resource availability (Oueida, Aloqaily, & Ionescu, 2019). An assessment of information from the other healthcare providers, surveys, and questionnaires will also be incorporated with a prime goal of ensuring that all individuals have effectively participated in ensuring resource availability. Since the implementation of this change may be associated with an increase in cost, the government should ensure that there is an effective supply of resources. The healthcare staff and other top management involved in healthcare facilities, in this case, will have a great role in initiating overall procedure relating to resource availability policy implementation.

Evaluation plan

Generally, after the intervention, it is critical to ensure that there has been an effective evaluation that is aimed at determining the overall impact of the policies being implemented. In consideration of the proposed solution regarding resource availability, there are various methods that will be enhanced. Application of cause and effective strategy. This will be implied in the determination of how the implemented policies have been effective in terms of service being implied. Therefore, in this case, this strategy will determine if the implementation of the resources has resulted in a positive income in the healthcare organization. In addition to this, availability will be considered as being important in the determination of how policy implemented has contributed in terms of resources available in the healthcare organization. This shall comprise consideration of the resource availability in healthcare organizations not only at the international level but also at the local level.

The cost-effectiveness will help in the determination of how the implemented policy will be operative in the reduction of the cost which has been associated with expenses in the achievement of the resources (Ji, Ma, Peppelenbosch, & Pan, 2020).  Generally, the main issue related to the lack of resources in the healthcare organization is an increase in cost associated with the funding of the resources. Therefore the employed change or policy should ensure that there is considerable decline in cost which ensure that the scarce economic potential has been in a position of catering for the high requirement. Besides the other method which can be utilized in the assessment of the effectiveness is the consideration of the service improvement. This is attributed to the motive that most healthcare organizations have been attributed to poor service provision due to resource unavailability. Therefore the implementation of this policy is aimed at ensuring better service delivery in the presence of required resources. Besides, since skills among the healthcare organization have also been considered to be scarce, the application of skilled labor will also be used as a criterion in determination for the effectiveness. The skilled labor ensures that there is an increase in management care among the individual hence contributing to an overall positive outcome in the healthcare service delivery.

In my proposed solution, there are various outcomes which will be expected upon policy implementation. This comprises of effective improvement in terms of care management. This is because there will be effective supply of the resources which are applied in the provision of service delivery. Basically, the service will also be improved due to increase provision of education among the healthcare providers. The proposed solution will be aimed at ensuring that the government has provided effective training among nurses and other healthcare providers (Jordans, et al., 2019). Therefore upon this strategy execution, the overall service will be improved hence contributing to better caring of the individual. Besides, the change will be incurred in the local healthcare levels whereby those who have been receiving the service at the local level will be well serviced hence leading to recognition of the outcome. In general, it can be concluded that the overall service being provided by the healthcare organization will be improved upon application of this strategy due to the associated impact on the top management and healthcare providers. This will also trigger the government in ensuring effective distribution of funds in all healthcare organizations and avoid putting into consideration only those at the international level.
