  • Outline how the model can be applied to the course scenario. The model selected will lay the foundation for the procedures that will follow in the change management process.

The outline should include:

  1. Summary of the chosen model
  2. Rationale for selection of the model
  3. How the model can be applied to the scenario of EMR implementation
  4. At least 2 strengths and 2 weaknesses of the model specific to the EMR implementation
